NEWS UPDATES

On May 30, 2017 Olimpia will play their season opener against Wisla United at North Park in Oakville, Ontario. Kick off time at 9pm.

Our squad this year will see some further improvements from last season with some exciting new signings.

Midfielder Konrad Mularczyk joined the club on a free transfer from Polish side Korona Czlopa. Konrad was acquired by Poland’s premier league side Ruch Chorzow in 2012 at only 17 years of age. Although he didn’t make a first team appearance he had been training with first team on regular basis under Waldemar Fornalik, former coach of Poland National football team. In 2014 he was loaned to second division’s side Kotwica Kolobrzeg. He was also called to Poland’s U19 national team on two occasions.

Another exciting player that joined our squad before this season is Tom Balicki who developed his talent under TFC academy program. The 19 year old attacking midfielder possesses great ball control and will add strength to our attacking side.

We’ve also added new striker Kevin Kielek. The speedy forward has a great eye for goal and should also be a major improvement in our starting 11. Other squad additions include attacking midfielder Artur Grzegorczyk who has started his second spell with the club as well as defernder Jacob Bielak and Mark Grzesiowski.

We wish all players a very successful season!

2016 season came to an end with Olimpia finishing in 4th place. Our new coach Jan Pindiur said at the beginning of the season that he wants to finish in top 3 so we’re not far off from what we have established as a goal for this year.

Few new faces have been added to our squad including Jaroslaw Szczepaniuk, Radoslaw Pindiur, Paul Lipiec and Artur Kopycki. We had a slow start to the season loosing first 3 games, but new players adapted quickly and we did much better in second half of the season quickly moving up the table.

Next season Olimpia will be looking to make a stronger start and aim in top league positions.

Congratulations to coaching staff and players for great job and all success in indoor season at Hershey where we have teams in Open and Over 35 divisions.
